Terms & Conditions

Standard ironing services shall be delivered within seventy-two (72) hours.

Express ironing services shall be delivered within thirty-six (36) hours, subject to an additional charge of forty percent (40%) of the standard rate.

Standard laundry services shall be delivered within seventy-two (72) hours.

Standard dry-cleaning services shall be delivered within one hundred and twenty (120) hours.

Urgent laundry and dry-cleaning services, if availed, shall be charged at an additional forty percent (40%) of the standard rate.

All delivery timelines shall be calculated from the time of pickup of the garments.

Free pickup and delivery shall be applicable only for orders exceeding a value of INR 300.

A fixed platform fee shall be applicable per order.

The minimum order weight for laundry services shall be six (6) kilograms.

The Company shall endeavor to provide on-time delivery. In the event of operational delays, the Company shall notify the Customer of the revised delivery schedule.

The Customer is required to inspect and verify the garments at the time of delivery.

The Company shall not be responsible for:

Fastness or running of colors;

Shrinkage;

Damage to embellishments, embroidery, or other decorative elements;

Removal of stubborn or permanent stains.

All garments are accepted at the sole risk of the Customer.

The Company shall not be responsible for the condition of garments not collected within fifteen (15) days of the scheduled delivery date.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to garments arising from fire, burglary, or other force majeure events.

Tariffs for garments shall be determined on a case-to-case basis depending on garment complexity. Rates provided in the price list are indicative and minimum only.

The Company shall determine the appropriate cleaning method for each garment, which may include, but is not limited to:

Washing with emulsifiers, detergents, and softeners;

Soft washing for delicate garments;

Cleaning with Perchloroethylene or Hydrocarbon technologies.

Prices are subject to variation between different stores/outlets.

The Company reserves the right to use images of garments for promotional purposes.

All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, India.
